WHAT IF MY PARCEL ARRIVES BROKEN?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damaged item and original packaging.
We will then contact the postal service and start an investigation. If a replacement is to be sent we will then inform you ASAP.


WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS ON CHECKOUT?
 
Please email info@willowprintco.com.au ASAP and if your order is still in production and yet to be sent we can then amend this for you.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please see each items description for production/turnaround times. 
It will also depend on which postage service was chosen upon checkout. Please see Aus Post website for delivery times. We have included the link to this under 'Shipping'.


I HAVE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO THIS?

Please email us at info@willowprintco.com.au with your order # and we can check production and advise if it is possible to add to the same order and save on postage.
